Gerald Weaver, Building Maintenance

The Building Maintenance oversees the day-to-day operations of the Judiciary, including ground maintenance, lighting and ballast replacement, repainting offices, court personnel requests, and monthly preventive maintenance. They also assist in setups for public hearings, meetings, and judiciary ceremonies.

Building Superintendent Gerald E. Weaver and Maintenance Staff Raymond C. Babuata provide much needed support to keep the facilities up and running.

Building Maintenance Projects

The atrium skylights will be replaced by concrete roofing to withstand typhoon force winds.
Old carpets were replaced with tiles to prevent mold.
